« Room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast is a real perk. The only issue we had was that the room runs a little warm in mid afternoon even with air turned down low. We have visited this establishment at least 4 times now and will return again. »

« I’ve stayed at an Aloft twice before in other areas and it never disappoints. It’s a unique hotel and a fun setting. I didn’t use the food they offered for purchase this time. Since we arrived very early from the airport staff offered to hold our bags for us while we explored the city and attended a Rockies game that was at 1pm. « I've been here for many days as it's close to the hospital, the staff has been very friendly this entire stay, very helpful with needing to extend stays, and I see the maintenance crew keeping up the property, it's nice to see the work they put into keeping the space clean and looking nice. »

« The entrance is clean, but when you start going into the hotel for example the elevator smelled like sweat. Got into the hotel room and the couches were filled with stains. The room stunk of odor. The couch next to our tv had an iron stain. Our pillows were stained. Not a good experience at ALL. The rest of the hotel hallways smelled like smoke. There was a ton of homeless people as-well right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly understanding. Gave us a full refund. »
