« Hotel was clean and in a good location. There were no coffee makers in rooms and no ice machine on the property. When I asked at checkout as I was packing up, the staff told me there was an ice cube tray in my freezer. Would have been helpful the night before so I could have filled it up and had at least a few cubes of ice for the road! There was only one push button coffee machine in the lobby and the sugar and cream options were the most basic I have ever seen. It was pitiful. Other than that...

« Adorable little hotel, only about a dozen rooms and unstaffed but quiet and discreet. Rooms are sheik and the beds are fantastic (like really comfortable). Probably the best part is the location, just a few miles from Union Station, the Jazz District, downtown and the WW1 museum with a great coffee shop across the street. »

« No ice available, cable tv was not working and hair dryer in room did not work. No compensation offered at check out. »

« The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »
