« I dont have one complaint....Exceptional staff. Facilities and rooms are well maintained. Nice pool area. Tucked back off main thoroughfare so not much traffic noise. »

« The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. »

« The property was generally fine, though the lobby entrance was being repaired, and it was not clearly marked as to where to enter. We were charged twice for a security deposit, and the first room we were given was occupied. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom that we passed back and forth between shower and sink. The breakfast area did not have napkins and forks out. »

« This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement. »

« Acceuil normal sans plus, mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Porte de la chambre qui frotte et qui bloque, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Réveillé par un pickup à 5h de matin, qui faisait chauffé son moteur sous ma fenêtre. Frigo qui fait un bruit incroyable. J'ai reporté tout ça à l'accueil, qui m'a juste dit "désolé". Aucune intervention de sa part. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel. »
