Location de vacances de particulier à Moseley

« Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. »

« We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed. »

« Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road. »

« Read the narrative first, as the list of beds in the overview is not correct! There was a dirty towel over the bathroom door when we arrived, and a load of towels in the dryer that hadn’t been put away. One adult found a used earplug, in her bed which made us wonder if the sheets had been washed between guests. After the check-in instructions, which didn’t come until a few hours prior to check-in, the host never responded to any of our messages, including the fact that he gave us the wrong WiFi...

« The host was very responsive to any questions I had, responding within a few minutes each time. The space was as advertised with all needed amenities. »

« The location to start was absolutely amazing, quite little area with friendly neighbors, my children quickly made friends. The house was beautiful, very cozy, even my children was in love with the house, its was very clean with everything we needed. Not to mention the host is the best. We had a 14 hour drive to arrive and she checked in during our drive to make sure we was safe and time of arrival so she could have everything ready for us, she even checked in to make sure we made it home safely!...

« We just used to stay, never used any of the amenities »
