Pontoon Boat — INCLUDED May 1 through October 31
Refund of $75 per night due to the boat being out of service.

From May 1 through October 31, your private pontoon boat is included with the rental at no additional charge.

That's an estimated $3,700 in savings compared with renting the pontoon through the marina.

Step outside, head to your private dock, and you're ready to enjoy Lake Tillery on your own schedule. Cruise the lake, find a swimming spot, go fishing, explore the shoreline, or spend the entire afternoon relaxing on the water.

Pontoon inclusion is available May 1 – October 31 and is subject to applicable rental terms, weather conditions, boating requirements, and availability.

Add a Round to Your Lake Getaway - Golf at a Private Golf Club

Bring your clubs and make it a golf getaway.

Guests have the option to enjoy a round at Tillery Traditions, a private 18-hole golf club conveniently located approximately 3 miles from Tillery Cove.

Golf Package: $250 Per Person, Per Day

Enjoy a day on the course, then return to your own waterfront retreat to relax by the lake.

The golf package is separate from the home rental.

Golf is subject to tee-time availability, weather, and other applicable terms.

This is a true waterfront property. Guests are responsible for supervising children and anyone who is not a strong swimmer around the lake, dock, and shoreline.

Lake conditions and water levels can vary throughout the year. Swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and other water activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk and should always follow applicable North Carolina laws and safety requirements.

Pontoon use is subject to applicable boating laws, safety requirements, weather conditions, and rental terms.
