« I can say that when we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was fine at first glance, but the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub and on the floor, and not just one stray hair that had been missed. We left for a few hours and when we came back, the entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so bad that our clothes smelled like smoke when we went to the basketball tournament the next day…even though we opened the window to try and air it out a bit....
