« Wow, very private setting, in the beautiful forest. The home was wonderful, so much planning involved to get everything just right. Had all we needed. Very welcome, comfy, relaxing place. Hope to return. Close to hiking also. »

The accommodations were excellent — comfortable, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a hidden gem, especially with the ample parking space for our trailers, which can be hard to find. We loved relaxing around the fire pit in the evenings after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back soon! »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Briar Patch! The cabin is clean, nice, and well cared for. The host's service is excellent! We always got responses within a few minutes and were even able to reschedule last minute when weather made our initial reservation impossible for us to keep. The cabin was comfortable for 5 adults and a baby. It had everything we needed. The deck is amazing! Great place to stay for a quiet getaway. »

« Kitchen had everything we needed, atmosphere & area was perfect for 4 ladies to spend time together. Host/owner very clear with directions & instructions. We left a Hen & Chickens plant for appreciation! Wish we could have enjoyed hot tub, but weather was just too chilly for us! Maybe next time!! »

« The cabin was quite cozy. We don’t bring pets and didn’t notice any pet odors or pet hair anywhere on the property, so that’s a big plus for owner care. The taxidermed deer and fish were a real nice homey touch, as our family fishes and hunts. A couple more strategically placed lamps might improved the lighting significantly. We enjoyed our stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. You have a very nice property. »
