« We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep.
