Bel hôtel avec toutes les commodités
Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et bonne humeur. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Nous avons pu nous relaxer à la piscine et dans le jaccuzi. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

First place i have stayed at that you could not take your food to my room, seating in the dining area was minimal(not enough). My room had 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 wash cloth, 1 clean hand towel (1 dirty), coffee pot was dirty(had to run water thew it a few times to get to run clear, coffee packets one regular (opened) and 2 decaf, only 1 packs of cream sugar packet/used(had to get from front desk), ice bucket had full length crack in bottom of bucket(had to get new one from front desk), heater/ac worked but very noisy, occupants above us on both stays were very noisy thumping and making excessive noise throught the night and morning. The chair in roon was dirty with stains(reported to front desk). Keycards quit working and had to have reprogramed. The hot tub had dead bugs in the water and had to clean out. Despite the negatives the staff corrected many of the concerns immediately. The bed was very comfortable.

This should be renamed to the NO Quality Inn! The room was dirty, terrible bedding, smelled like tobacco even though supposedly no smoking, noisy, toilet handle didn't work, smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Just need to tear the building down it is falling apart.

It's just aged and could use some real updating. The driveway needs leveled and repaved. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate around potholes in the driveway. There should be more handicap parking and handicap curb cutaways, at least one on each end of the motel and both sides. It was an average motel, nothing bad about it but nothing great about it. It suited our needs. I do wish that motels would go back to fresh bedding and towels everyday, it's just nice after a long day to come back to a freshly made bed and clean towels.

Our TV wasn't working. Pretty sure the xfinity wasn't because there was signal but nothing streaming. Employee plugged & unplugging & basically said we were out of luck. The toilet seat was also loose & extremely close to the wall. The breakfast was good & the employee working there was extremely polite & accommodating. Overall stay was fine but not overly awesome.

Nothing unique , husband called it a dump..Bugs in the bathroom .We stayed there before but never again. No curb appeal and no appeal around the office.

The room we were given had a very strong odor - probably from smoking. We asked for another room and was given an upgraded room that was much better. We appreciated the upgrade ..... however in the morning we discovered the bathtub/shower was missing a shower curtain. Hard to take a shower without a curtain. It seems to be getting harder and harder to have a hotel stay where everything is as it should be.

Got to the hotel I booked because of the pool. There's a big sign out front that says inside heated pool. Kids were so excited! Get there and shady parking lot. Pool doors say pool closed Check in and guy says pool is closed until further notice No chance of canceling even though only staying one night cause of pool. Says only one room left..room 105 Figured we would find something to do in area since pool closed Get to room and it reeks of cigarette smoke. The garbage cans outside of door were overflowing. Didn't feel safe in parking lot, hotel and room shady and very run down, and the advertised pool is closed. Ended up driving to a hotel about 30 min from location for same price and much better quality, safe parking, and open pool

Front desk is nice, and breakfast is great, room looks on. But one room no wifi , have to replace other one. Bathroom fan not working at all just make terrible noise. Also at very early morning ,other room take shower , it is very loud, all of us wake up.

This place is a DUMP! Do not stay here with your family. It's the type place where people live. There's people smoking and hanging outside. It's creepy, dirty and in NO WAY looks like the photos. I asked for a refund because I didn't what to stay there with my kids after seeing it in person, and they refused me a refund even though we didn't even stay.

it was adequate, it is right next to I-5, so there was a lot of road /traffic noise, there were dried boogers on the wall by the toilet and on the shower curtain, also cigarette burns on the bed coverlet....it felt slightly grungy. the carpet seemed new in the room and felt clean.

Beds were super uncomfortable the pull out couch didnt even have a sheet on the matress and that was even to uncomfortable for my kids to sleep on. Definitely not worth it for the price i paid!

I was initially denied checking in because I would not let them take a photo copy of my passport. Front desk told me I would not be allowed to stay there without them having a copy of my ID. I showed my ID, I was told that was not good enough. I asked for a refund and was told that will be up to Expedia. Could not find the Expedia help desk phone number for assistance. I was sitting in the small lobby trying to sort out a new hotel for 10 minutes the front desk clerk finally let me check in. Next morning only lukewarm water came out of the we shower head. When I called the front desk to inquire at 4:30 am, the clerk informed me he had stayed in a room there a week prior and there was hot water… issue was not resolved before my checkout. The toilet seat was visibly broken and yet housekeeping did not report it, or they did and maintenance did not repair it. In any case the room was not fit for occupancy. Truly not worth your money to stay here as far as I am concerned.

Urine soaked bed!!!
The foam mattress pad was soaked with urine. I discovered that when I crawled into bed and my pajamas got wet to the skin. I was discusted!! The walls were dirty and the room was damp and musty.

Close to other stores. At hotel no wifi no pool, the man working afternoon's was rude, no help for wifi. Looked like he hated is job. Room was dated needed some repairs, had bad order! Bed was good so was Tv good cable! Talked to manager when i checked out she said he should have moved us! But he had no intention on doing that or trying to make it right. It was like we were a bother.

The first room assigned had not been made up. The bed was all messy. We were assigned another room and clerk did apologize. But then the wifi wasn't working.

The righ hotel near everything
Staying at the Quality Inn was very convenient and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Visited Mt. Vernon for a Christmas Shopping trip. We found the Hotel more than adequate and the price was right! Will return in the future.
