« We had such a great weekend with our college age boys to celebrate our son's 22nd birthday! The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. »

« Stay was great. Bed was a bit soft but comfortable. Hot tub was great. Property was quiet and felt private. Some areas to improve. Frustrated by the door code being wrong on check in info necessitating a call. The high setting doesn't work on the hair drier. I also noticed several large ants in the unit. The dining set is too large for the space making it a bit crowded. »

The room was well-appointed, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure/temperature. The location is very secluded and quiet, just what we wanted. We did not encounter any issues with accessing the property or the unit. Our only feedback would be to install a light at the gate to the property on the keypad.
