« We spent a few days relaxing at Cotton beach and enjoyed it so much. It unit is well appointed and the complex is wonderful. The gardens and pool area is so relaxing and the facilities at the complex are a real bonus. the area is quiet, so close to the beach with walking tracks and shopping facilities very close by. « The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. A perfect location and walking distance to all that we needed. It would probably be too expensive for us otherwise, but we stayed here for a special occasion weekend. One drawback was that we had concerns about how clean the dishes, silverware, and cutlery were when we first arrived. However, if the unit had more dishwasher tablets, this problem...

« We had to reschedule our first booking at this apartment as repairs were being carried out on the air conditioning and we chose not to stay there at the end of summer without the air con working. With no fly screens it would have been necessary for sure. Our rescheduled weekend was fine and problem free. Some security notices about numerous bikes stolen from the building were somewhat disconcerting. »

The property manager was difficult to contact. The locks and keys to the apartment were old and difficult to open. The apartment and property were quite old and tired.
