There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. « We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! « This is a very nice place to stay in terms of great living room, kitchen and dining. Garden is also quite beautiful aesthetically. The whole property sits next to a busy street which shared the same wall as our bedrooms. We heard motos, tuk tuks and cars all night long... They did provide a fan for each room which was helpful white noise. It does help to shut the bathroom doors so the echoes from the street aren't quite as bad. »

« If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! The property was not suitable or even possible for an 84 year old using two canes and a wheeled walker. « Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. « Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. "Nous bien aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel Mercy. La chambre était très grande et propre. Le seul point négatif, est que l'hôtel est encore en construction. Donc, il n'y a pas de service offert c'est encore un chantier de construction à l'extérieur."
