« Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. « Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. « This villa was an absolutely stunning stay. The view of the lake and volcanoes even from the outdoor bathroom were incredible. The villa would get sauna hot in the afternoon sun, with just a standing fan to fight the heat. So we would leave the villa at this time. The hike up to the villa is no joke. We are young and active adults, who climbed volcano acatenango. Doing this at minimum daily hike up/down the villa was strenuous. We made sure to pack everything we would need for the day because...
