« The place was very clean. Very close to many things that we did. Comfortable beds. Nice garage parking. The hot tub was nice. Great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in Cottonwood. We would definitely stay here if in the area again. »

« The kitchen was very well equipped, The house actually could handle more than 6 people as there is a cot and foldout sleeper chair. Plenty of bath linens pillows, blankets etc.The back yard is delightful - shaded patio with table and chairs, grill, shade trees. Nice landscaping in front. Wonderful birds in the yard in the morning - including a family of quails that paraded on the concrete rear wall. Great deco inside. Can't say enough good things about this property. The location was great...

« Everything about the property was perfect! The location and views were amazing! Comfortable beds! They truly thought of everything. I wish we had more than one night to spend there. It's located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the busy town, but far enough to give you a peaceful, serene stay. »

« We loved this house! Great layout, fully stocked (kitchen & bathrooms) and beautiful home! The distance into Sedona was perfect and Cottonwood is a gem too! The back yard isn’t finished yet, but the outside area that is done is very nice! If in the area we would definitely stay here again! »

« Easy check in and very clean, and well equipped with water bottles, kitchen supplies, toiletries, guest access to Netflix etc. very happy with our booking! Only complaint, and an honest one with good intention, was the light to the main entrance was on upon arrival (which was only negative for us because we arrived at night). This led to a flood of insects entering as we were unloading our luggage. Aside from that, everything was excellent! »

« Area a bit confusing! Once through the RV Park the back area where the Tiny Homes are it is nice. The Tiny Home was more like a hotel room. But done nicely. »

« This VRBO host obviously cares about the comfort of their guests. Their home was clean, extremely well-stocked with everything a visiting guest might need. Beds were comfortable and the layout very guest friendly. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient for walking downtown or hiking the beautiful Verde River Greenway preserve. « The location of this property is wonderful. It is a block from the trailhead. It is clean and has a lovely area outside to sit.The negative for us was the fact that we could hear the neighbor in the apartment next door walking, closing the door, getting up in the morning. It seemed like there should be more soundproofing. That being said it was similar to being in a lower condo and hearing the people above you. It might not bother others.Peggy was a kind host. »
