« My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The place was very nice, clean and working. I will say the sofa sleeper could use a thicker mattress. You can feel the edge of the couch if facing the TV, and during the colder months, The bedrooms coulde use a small heater. Gets a little chilly. The view of the river is so peaceful. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here! If I'm ever back in Nashville, I'd like to stay again! »

« A really cute place. Two beds, a kitchen table, a sofa and recliner facing a large screen tv (we never used it) and a good sized bathroom. Plenty of room for the two of us! The grounds are beautiful - we walked them when we were home before dark. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We spent our days in Nashville and our nights in a quiet place. It really felt like home! »

« This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville »

« We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans. »

« I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will! »

« Location is perfect as it is about 10 minutes walking distance from broadway's party area, perfect place to stay for all the Nashvile activities. And about 20-25 minutes walking distance from Nissan Stadium for football. Staff very courteous and efficient. Spatious appartment and perfectly clean. I will certainly come back to this place. »

« This hotel is super close to Broadway and other amazing go to places in Nashville. We loved that we could take a 2 minutes walk and already be on Broadway. They also upgraded us to a more spacious room that was extremely nice. The neighborhood also felt really safe for us two girls. Can’t recommend enough!! »
