The house itself was very clean! We did have to hose off the entire deck and rinse off all the cushions before they could be used. The red ones were especially dirty with pollen and dirt. There was a yellow jackets nest in the far right outside kitchen drawer on the covered deck. We found bee spray and was able to kill it off. We noticed it because the yellow jackets kept flying in and out of the drawer. We went and bought a box fan so we could enjoy the beautiful big deck with lights for more hours of the day. It was a hot week but it would be great to have a big fan installed on that deck. It’s such an asset to the property! The house was furnished with most kitchen needs but we needed a tea pitcher and we could not find one. The store didn’t have one either so we bought a gallon of green tea and poured it out to have a tea pitcher. The cookie sheets were a bit unclean. The only other frustration was the couch was somewhat uncomfortable and it was hard to let down the recliner. It’s like the sections try to come apart. Overall, the home was cozy, very clean, and plenty of room for two people. It is smaller than the photos make it appear. The host was very easy to work with! The parking is a bit tight for our F250 truck on the side near the steps. There is no view but the area was quiet aside from an occasional hot rod car coming in and out of the neighborhood. These are just some suggestions that might improve the overall stay for the future. Thanks, Karen
