Hôtel près de Musée de Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Fukuoka

« As an English-speaking solo traveler visiting Japan for the first time, I had a phenomenal experience at this hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they really went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and that all my questions were answered and needs were met. I stayed here in October as part of my 42nd birthday getaway, and I absolutely loved the amenities. The night lounge and evening s’mores were such nice touches. The hotel was also very family-friendly, and my...

« I asked to leave my luggage until tomorrow as I was going to an onsen hotel for a night and they said you can only leave suitcases for the day. On their website it says you can leave suitcases after checking out it didn't say no overnight! Staff were friendly however they all speak very little English. The hotel is rather pricey but it feels like any normal business hotel in Japan. »
