„Have stayed here a few times, always tidy and easy access to restaurants“

„I was there for a 3 day convention and my stay was very quiet & comfortable. The property was clean, my room was comfortable and clean and I had everything I needed. Staff was accommodating and took care of my requests promptly. Breakfast and coffee were surprisingly very good! I would recommend this property for a quick stay.“

„I didn’t like the fact that I was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes because the door wouldn’t open. The front desk told me me that would credit me for 1 night for each room, since I had booked 2 rooms. Still haven’t received any credit. So I’m not too happy about that.“

„I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel because people in room above me were obnoxiously noisy into early morning hours. I sleep was constantly interrupted because of the noise and the guest above me making the noise were reported to the front desk numerous times. Even with multiple reports the guest above me would not be sensible and quiet down. It sounded like they had concrete feet when walking the floor all night long into the wee hours of the morning. „Alles war perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück toll. Nur für Gäste aus Deutschland ist es auch aus Umweltgründen sehr ungewöhnlich, dass beim Frühstück nur Wegwerfgeschirr (Pappbecher, Pappteller und Plastikbesteck) gibt.“

„Ein recht angenehmes und komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Auch das Frühstück umfasste ein breiteres Angebot. Entgegen unserer Buchung, und damit Vertragsbestandteil, gab es aber keinen täglichen Zimmerservice, was wir schon sehr ärgerlich fanden. Daher der Punkteabzug.“

„The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus.“
