« I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. »

« Room was clean. TV did not work. We called 3 times before finally told us it was unplugged in the back, nice man came to show us. There was a woman in parking lot high on some kind of drug, there were pallets and trash everywhere on property. One of worst hotels I have ever stayed. I have been booking with EXPEDIA for over 20 years and online did not reflect condition of the hotel. We were told remodeling, very rough hotel, people working on vehicles in parking lot, employees live in one side...

« Rick, in the main office, was nice. My room was not. There were stains on the couches and chairs. The floor was sticky and dirty throughout. There were a dozen+ stink bugs on walls and furniture. There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay....

« Hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Had a small issue with the lights in our room. They moved us to another room but had the same issue. The lights are in the headboard and when you move they flicker and turn off. We just didn’t use them. It didn’t affect our stay and the room was good for the price. Only a mile from Thomasville. »

« Seemed new or newly refurbished. Clean to the point of the cleaning residue making the floor sticky. The bed was comfortable, and that's really what we look for, isn't it: a comfortable bed to sleep well in. Not all TV channels had audio and front desk couldn't help fix it; no TV guide to quickly find a channel or show. »

« Rooms were dirty and items left in them beds were very uncomfortable,staff was listening to loud music in lobby,window shades were broke,TV didn't work at all in one of my rooms,very loud during night no one did anything about noise in hallway after a 10 drive we wanted quietness never got were up 3 or 4 , times during.i would never stay at this hotel again I'm very disappointed and request a full refund »
