« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them. »

« The whole place smelled like weed. Breakfast coffee was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable but walls are paper thin and you can hear every door that opens and closes down your hall. Our bathroom door don’t fit right and I thought I was stuck in the bathroom. On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done. « Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were given a king with a sleeper sofa. When we went to the front desk we were told it was reserved that way by Expedia and could not be given a room with two queen beds because they were booked up,also no refund because we booked through Expedia.
