« We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you! »

« Great stay. There is everything you want from a resort. Breakfast was fantastic, with a chef making omelets and other dishes on demand, fresh juice machine, etc... Only 1 hour drive from downtown Brisbane. »

« There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend. »

« Nous avons du déranger le gérant chez lui a 21h car nous n'avions pas de code pour accéder à notre chambre et il a été super dispo pour s'occuper de nous malgré cette heure tardive La chambre est grande, SDB aussi. Mobilier simple un peu désuet Hyper calme et proche d'accès rapide pour aller sûr Brisbane ou Gold Coast Il manquerait un four micro onde mais il y a un service proposé de restauration rapide. We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away.
