« I loved my stay at Maison Santa Croce. It is easy to get to; the taxi left me right at the door. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. The property is beautifully decorated, it makes you feel that you are in someone's Pallazzo. My room was very spacious (plenty of room for my luggage). « What a great hotel to stay in. In a great spot in Florence old town close to restaurants shopping ponte Vecchio Bridge. Very strong customer service from all the employees. The rooms are nice comfortable with strong air conditioning, which is not the case in every hotel in Italy. Only small recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. »
