« The Lodge is driveway is on a very dangerous curve of a highway where cars are speeding by downhill. Entering the parking for the suites was dangerous especially during daytime hours. I received several messages from the property managers, changing the room assignment which was confusing. And with that came several different messages on how to access the room via the security panel; one correct one is all that's needed. The management company for this property was unorganized, unprofessional...

« I made a mistake thinking that I booked for 2 nights when in reality I only booked 1 night, so I told the lady at the reception that I needed 2 nights and supposedly she fixed it. Well, she didn't because the next day I couldn't get into the garage and went back to the reception and the person told me that I was only booked for one night. »

« Hot, Musty and the elevator didnt work. Rooms are nasty, found a crack pipe and foil under the mattress. Thankfuly we decided to check the room out before bringing up our stuff, went to a different hotel. We informed the guy at the front desk and he offered us another room and we.said no way. « The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »
