« This was our sixth stay at the hotel, and it is always a real pleasure to come back. The welcome is impeccable: warm, attentive, and highly professional. The villas have lost none of their charm and remain exceptionally comfortable. Their private patio and small pool create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. We chose the half-board option, and both the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. A special mention goes to the beef rendang, which was absolutely delicious...

« ❌ Very Disappointing Experience – Not the Hilton Standard Our stay at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua was extremely disappointing and far below what we expect from a five-star Hilton property. From the beginning, the welcome was mediocre. On our first day, when we returned from an excursion in the evening, we found that our room had not been cleaned at all. Trash bins were full and had attracted ants, which were crawling throughout the room. Attempts to reach reception by phone were unsuccessful....
