« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. But the most frustrating part was there was an intermittent and very loud rumbling sound in my room that kept me awake almost the entire night. I turned off my AC but that didn’t stop it. The...

« The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. Staff was excellent; my room didn't have a mini-fridge, but they were willing to let me put food into their private one in staff break room. « There is a nightclub downstairs. It was very noisy and in an unsavoury part of town. The stairs to the rooms are steep and narrow. »

« The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central »

« A really lovely stay at the Honingham Buck. The room was spacious, a comfortable superking bed, coffee/tea, TV, and a small private patio. The bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed. Every member of the staff team was friendly and very helpful. A good choice of breakfasts and a great menu in the restaurant. A great find - well recommended! »
