The villa is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen featuring, amongst other things: an electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave and oven...
- A living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A dining room with a table and chairs
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) and a small en-suite shower room accessible via the corridor, as well as a separate toilet.

On the first floor
- A landing used as a study
- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private shower room
- Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 with double beds (140x190) (two of which can be connected)
- A toilet
- A bathroom with a toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedrooms 7, 8, 9 and 10, each with a double bed (140x190) (two of which can be connected)

- Room with pool table, exercise equipment, board games and a lounge/TV area

Neighbourhood:
The house is situated a stone’s throw from the village centre and its amenities, close to the motorway, making it easy to reach nearby tourist attractions such as Damgan with its lovely family-friendly beaches, Rochefort-en-Terre, and Branféré Wildlife Park.

The entrance to the property is shared with the house next door, followed by a private path accessible on foot leading to the holiday cottage.

Rates do not include:
- Heating and electricity (heating flat rate: €25 per night; electricity: 8 kW included per day; any additional consumption is charged at €0.25 per extra kW)
- End-of-stay cleaning. This service is available as an option for €200, payable on arrival
- Bed linen: €20 per bed if the beds are not made; €25 per bed for the ‘beds made on arrival’ option
- Towels: €10 per person
- Pets are allowed for an additional charge (€5 per day per pet). This charge is payable on arrival.
- Hot tub: €85 per weekend, €150 per week and €200 for two weeks
- Games console hire (Xbox 360 and Wii)
