One of these rooms, has its own balcony, where guests can admire the amazing views while drinking their coffee in the morning.

On the third level, there is 1 master en-suite bedroom with the same breathtaking views and its own balcony.

At the pool area, there are 2 double en-suite suites, with their own independent doors and views to the pool and the sea. These 2 suites enjoy direct access to the pool area!

Cozy modern amenities and elegant decoration with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects give the villa a unique "personality". All 5 rooms are delightfully decorated with exceptional attention to detail and comfort. Every room is equipped with AC, TV, safety box and hair dryer. The whole property is covered with fast WIFI( STARLINK by Elon Mask). Washing and drying machines are provided along with an iron and iron board.

There is a spacious parking for 5 cars at the property. A remote sliding door secures the whole property. A security alarm system and cctv coverage has been installed in the villa.
