Check in process was nice. It took quite a bit to get the door to open with code. Room was ok but outdated. The ac wasn’t working when we got there. Had to get handyman to fix. The water pressure was low. The ac leaked onto the balcony. The checkout was the worst I have been a part of. No carts available and had to wait forever on elevators. To top it off the smell of pot was all over. I will say the pool area and the access to beach was nice. The DJ at the pool was nice as well.

Enjoyable

Checkin was a little crazy in the parking lot other than that it went smooth. Disappointed that the bar in the hotel wasn't open as much as we thought it was going to. The water pressure wasn't great. Other than those few things, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Room was a little smaller than expected, but even with two small children it was good. Parking deck is very small and tight turns, be aware if you have a large vehicle. Pools and beach access are nice and easy to find.

The location and amenities at this location were fantastic! However, the room was quite small with a broken kitchen drawer, torn bed skirt, busted microwave door, a door that was difficult to open and would slam shut, and a refrigerator that squeak like a small rodent multiple times throughout the night. This location was fine, considering the excellent price on the unit, But would likely not stay here again.

Good views, good location

Unit was dated but more importantly, the key pad to the Unit was extremely faulty - taking us 3-4 tries to make it work (and I have the same key pad system at my house so am familiar with it). Quite frustrating. We Liked the options to the pools, hot tubs, location of property and - from the 14th floor - had great views.Thank you!

Great room for the money with beautiful views

The room was clean and comfortable for me, my daughter, and our dog. I love the location! Close enough to the strip (about a 5 minute drive), but felt safe being a little further north. The Indigo restaurant had great food. We had the buffalo chicken dip, chicken tenders and a mushroom Swiss burger, and since it’s in the hotel, we didn’t have to leave the dog for too long. My only complaint I have is that the water pressure is terrible, so the showers were not ideal.

Great views!

Affordable accommodation with perfect beach access. Pool Bar is great but the coffee bar is lacking in selections, hours and customer service. The website has pictures of a gifts and sundries shop and there are signs in the lobby but there isn’t one! Location of resort is not in easy walking distance to get groceries etc. Room needs and update and floors a deep clean. Beds were comfortable and the view was fantastic!

Besides not being pet friendly at all was great stay

Booked this so my dog could come along but turned out they are not pet friendly at all only slightly small dog friendly no other pets or other sizes and signs all over outside of hotel saying dogs not allowed , so paid extra for my pet to not even be able to stay that was real disappointing also found used tampon by the bed which was gross but everything else seem fairly clean and stay was pretty great and view and privacy incredible I would stay here again forsure just not with a pet .

Do not stay here!

The first smell I smelled was an obnoxious/disgusting smell of bleach when entering the room. Nothing was clean and I had to sweep up myself (at least there was a broom in the room). ALL of the windows were dirty, mirrors/countertops were greasy, and there were remnants of hair on the balcony. The bath tub/sink had black particles in them. I also had to go to the local Walmart and buy my own disinfectant spray, disinfectant wipes, and air freshener. The water pressure in the bathroom was also very weak. Ultimately, there was also a very nasty, moldy cookie underneath the single-seater sofa (wish I took a picture of that). The elevators also smelled disguting. Would NOT recommend this place, nor attempt to stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and luxurious. The beds were comfy, there are 6 different pools to swim in, and the Indigo restaurant in the hotel has great food! This is a great place to stay!

Not a place I would recommend

Very dirty room w/kitchenette, they need to spray for roaches that come out at night on cabinets. The whole unit was very dirty and thus was not a cheap room! Access to the beach was great and outside pool okay.
