Hostess was good and informative about what do do with check in and check out. The Condo was spacious and comfortable. The floor to ceiling panoramic windows in the living room were amazing! We woke up every morning and early to open open up the curtains just to watch the sunrise every morning. The amenities were great. Everything you need to cook meals and there were even board games and beach toys and supplies in the condo so we didn't have to buy any to use at the beach. Only reason why I giving this review 4 stars out of 5 is because we fill they need to put a new couch in the living room. The current one is not comfortable at all. Seating pillows are worn to were you can fill the pull bed underneath when you sit down. However, the two lounge chairs in the living room are comfortable. Found myself napping frequently in them. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

We totally enjoyed the location and layout of the condo. The building held the indoor pools we liked most, and the view let us watch for the dolphins swimming past daily. Our host was quick to send a repairman to handle minor issues we ran across during our month stay. And , yes, the weather here was much better than February in Maine was. The worst service was the on again, off again wifi. I was told that's a problem building-wide. I agree with another guest that you need your own hot spot phone to stream TV reliably. The beds and sofa could use an up-date but they served our needs ok. It was a great getaway for two snowbirds and we loved the location and pools.

BLACK MOLD

The master bedroom and master bath had mold, we contacted the owner as soon as we noticed and send multiple pictures, she refused to offer us a credit for the trouble, my nephew had to be medicated and had to leave condo early. Most of the beds were very uncomfortable and very squeaky.

Overall a great place

Booking and communication prior to arriving was great. When we got there the directions to check in weren’t accurate. First it said to go get parking passes at the registration office located next door. They had no idea about that and said there should be some in the unit to write on which thankfully there were. They also mentioned bracelets for the pool area which we had no clue what they were talking about but once in the unit some were there. Now to get into the unit was a cluster of crazy. There was a long line at 4pm To get into an elevator. All the people checking in And returners from the beach was crazy. When we arrived at the room our access code given didn’t work. I called the number on the email and someone answered and gave me another code and it worked so it was a quick fix. The unit was pretty clean but not fantastic. A few things here and there left behind and not picked up from previous stayers I assume but wasn’t filthy. Everything else worked great and as described. The king bed was not the most comfortable and every time my spouse moved it jostled me and could feel springs in my back but the sound of the ocean outside the doors right next to the bed made it bearable for the week. The pool area wasn’t always the cleanest but you could always see people working and cleaning it was usually due to unsupervised kids being ignorant and destructive not due to the cleaning people. The bar restaurant right next door was a treat.

Fantastic Rental! Exceeded Expectations!

This rental exceeded my expectations! The views are breathtakingly! Be sure to wake up every morning to watch the sunrise! The panoramic views from the room were breathtakingly! It was a little chilly when we visited so having the option to take in the view without the chilly temperatures was amazing! Rental was stocked with everything you would need and more- pots, pans, toaster, etc. Rental has several pools that you can enjoy along with an indoor/outdoor lazy river. Great stay for families with kids and/or teenagers. Room was very clean and well maintained. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space for our week long stay! Location is great as well. You can walk to the boardwalk or take a 10 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. There are several places within walking distance to grab a drink, lunch/dinner or a snack! Host was responsive and accommodating as we added an extra day to our stay! Overall a fantastic vacation that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice Place & Great Location

Nice condo in a great location. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had great lighting and both had hairdryers. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi bathtub and excellent shower pressure. The master bath also had drawers and a shelf below the sink which I really like. It helps it stay neat and organized. The balcony had six chairs and 2 or 3 end tables. The balcony is tiled and that is much nicer looking than the AstroTurf that some balconies have. When we arrived Saturday evening we had an issue with a toilet and the sliding door to the balcony was out of its track. The owner had someone come fix both of these issues the next day. Overall a very good stay.

Needs cleaning help

Give yourself plenty of time for check out. 21 floors and only 3 elevators. Which on our last day only 2 elevators worked. We waited 40 min for an elevator and missing our boat excursion. The pools were never skimmed. My son in law had people thanking him for skimming the pool while staff walked by and watched him. The kids slides are only open on 1 side. The other side is closed/broken. Expect garbages to be full and over flowing and no life guards. When we checked into our room my daughter had a Poland spring bottle with soda/liquor in it from the previous guests. The rooms were updated and nice but the cleaning is just not there. The showers had mold and the master bathroom had urine around the toilet. All minor yet disgusting so we did not call and complain. The back rooms do get VERY noisy form the elevators. The tiki bar does make great drinks though which helps with everything else!

Great layout and amenities

This property was great for my family and friends needs. The unit is near the elevator so back rooms get loud especially if you have littles sleeping but just bring a white noise machine and that will help. The pool play areas are great. The kids loved the lazy river because it was long and went in the inside and back outside with fun water sprays. Then the ship wreck area. The unit itself had everything you need from better then average bed linens to plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need to store your food and make some meals too. The location is great with Starbucks and restaurants right across the little street. Parking was easy too. The only difficulty we had was trying to find the registration area to get our parking passes. That was a mess. Super small lobby for such a big complex (we counted 3 or 4 different towers. ) there were a ton of people trying to check in or out so it was a bit overwhelming. However the minute you walk in the condos door and see that incredible view all that tension gets left behind. I would love to stay here again but it was pricey after all the fees and taxes, but what are you going to do, it’s peak season and we are happy to be able to stay the one night when most places had a minimum 5 nights required. My kids and their friends will hopefully remember this trip when they are older and have kids, we hope to make this kind of trip a tradition.

Great Location and clean!

Great vacation! Condo was very clean. There was an issue with the A/C and the owners were on top of it and send someone right over and communicated well to make sure we were satisfied. Would recommend and stay again!

Overall it was a nice stay! The pictures should be updated ! (In a good way) The location is perfect to get to everything on the strip. You can rent a golf cart to get around so you don’t have to drive. It was a perfect fit for our families and friends !!! However the cleaning company should take a better look around when they come through . My children found a vape in the closet I’m thankful one of our older kids brought it to us right away. Under the beds were dirty along with behind headboards. The dishes I had to rewash prior to using….. but hey it could of been ALOT worse !!! We enjoyed our stay and appreciate everything for the best 10 days we have had in a long time !!!

Great getaway

The unit worked great for us. Easy access to the beach, the boardwalk etc. Didn’t use the pool or lazy river unfortunately. Pool in our building was cold and outside of lazy river was closed and inside was freezing. Next door pool was closed for renovations. Lots of construction. But the unit was great!

Great location

The property has a lot of ammenities with all the pools and one is under construction but it did not impede our fun. The only negative aspect was that the furniture is pretty uncomfortable but we were rarely in the room so it was not an issue. The location made it where we walked to everything and rarely had to use our vehicle. The beach is literally right there so it was very convenient. I would highliy reccomend this rental.

Minor things, but would stay again

The code to the condo did not work, the master bathroom sink leaked, TV in one room was just static, there was no batteries in the AC unit, once we bought batteries the unit wouldn't work because the overfill pan was full. Once we scooped the water out, the AC unit worked. There was a constant stink of weed coming from another unit. Unfortunately, the lazy river was under construction but was supposed to be opened the week before we arrived. The owner was very responsive and nice. It was a nice unit with a beautiful view!!

Great view

It was a fun family vacation in this property with its amazing views, comfortable beds, and very clean spaces. The kitchen was great as well. Checkin was a bit confusing due to a few communication problems, but the owners were very responsive. The hotel pools weren’t our favorite but we didn’t care because we were there for the beach!
