It was horrible we couldn’t found the building with that name so we asked ppl for help it took us to a office but not a actual hotel n the address that it gave us she sent us somewhere else for staying then it was dripping water from the roof all over the room leaving the room floors so wet and leaving big puddles of water, didn’t have a tv, when we got to the room there was no rags or towels, it smelled like something died in the room, n it was so hot every night i couldn’t sleep for real I asked the lady at the front desk to move rooms she told me no she got alot of other reservations but the whole week I was here it was a lot open down from me that even had tv n looked better I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend to no one.

Parking was horrible had no towels ans toiletries the outside was littered with trash they had nowhere to sit out back the slidding door to view the ocean wouldnt open didnt even have a fridge or a tv in the room the microwave didnt work. The internet didnt even work. The shower handles was broken as well as the the shower head barley had enough water to take a shower

It was horrible staying here. There was no hot water. There was no TV. The balcony was broken. You couldn’t even go on it. There was no clean linen. They put us in a dirty room to begin with. It was altogether just horrible.

There were way too many things that went wrong for me to even begin to tell you. The worst experience i've ever had in my life. Our first room was not an ocean front likely paid for we went in the room and someone was in the bathroom taking a poop. Had to go back to the other hotel to get a different room.The correct one , the line was super long because everyone was in their complaining about their room. I still did not get an ocean front like I paid for when it was all set and done it took us two and a half hours to even get into a room with a three year old autistic daughter that just spent thirteen hours in the car. Do not I repeat do not stay here

It looked abandoned, staff was nice but not helpful, we didn't have a TV in our room, when we got one it didn't come with a remote and we asked multiple times, never got one, the ac dripped all over the balcony, there was no wifi, the fridge barely kept the drinks cold and only 1 outlet worked in the entire room, plus the check in time started at 11am and we had to wait hours for a room.

 IN. Had to forcibly exit. Second room they gave me , I leaned against the glass sliding door and FELL INSIDE the room! Not to mention the ice machine doesn’t work, the pool jets don’t work creating Stillwater

I booked a room online and showed up to the property. To say the least, I was disappointed. The resort looks deserted. The first room they put us in the AC didn’t work, so they put us in a second room and the toilet overflowed and water flooded the bathroom, so then they put us in a third room and it had no television. So we walked back down to the reception desk and got keys made for the new room and told them about the room not having a tv in it. They assured us they would put a TV in the room before we got back to the room, which never happened. We waited until 11pm and still no television. The fridge didn't work right, we didn’t even get a oceanfront room like we paid for, and no hot water to shower. There were absolutely no swimming pools that were able to swim in. The lazy river was condemned and false advertised. The room was nice and clean, but had very limited stuff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel because they are not done renovating it, and they are renting rooms out as soon as they get them done even though they’re not complete. Buyer beware.

This is a complete scam. The is not an oceanfront resort it is literally an abandoned building that looks like a motel from the inside and outside. It was dirty. Never again.

Room was in an abandon rundown building in filthy surrounding. Couldnt get through to anybody on phone. Took an hour to locate actual staff and check in. No towels. Sand in the shower upon arrival. No TV. Our room looked like the staged room for online photos in an abandon building. "Ocean front" was ground level with old, nasty, empty pool area in front of us. Beds were okay and AC did work. Told to leave keys in room upon checkout.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This was an absolute scam. The pictures on expedia are fake. It took over 2 hours to check in at a small little building then they expect you to walk 2 blocks to stay at a raggedy hotel. There is no AC. Expedia would not give me my money back and I am 8 months pregnant. Terrible experience overall.

I made a reservation and paid through Expedia. I spoke with a representative the morning of the day I would be checking in. I advised I would be checking in late in the evening. Upon arriving, I could not contact anyone for checking in. After trying several times to contact someone, I found a 2nd phone number for customer service and they also could not contact anyone to help me check-in. They said I would not have a room for the evening and that they would escalate it. If you want to NOT have a hotel room when you booked and paid for it, and have zero customer service or help, this is the hotel for you. For me....never again.

There was no information on the site about how you would have to park off site. No phone in room, and was not giving the WiFi password. Most of the rooms you walk passed have the blinds open and there is cig butts all over inside and then completely trashed(not sure if it’s getting remodeled). Also it doesn’t look anything like the photos advertised.

Didn’t stay due to false advertising when booked, lost my money after the room that was presented (oceanfront) during booking was not given when I arrived at the property (non oceanfront) on the 3rd floor right at a pool that was under construction.The room bed was not made and had no tv. Then was moved to the 2nd floor right under the previous room same view had a tv but it didn’t work. Really this hotel shouldn’t be open it needs a lot more renovations.

Where do I even start? We've been trying to contact them since the minute we arrived the airport, nobody picked up our calls even after we tried calling all the available numbers online. Somehow we reached the location but we couldn't find the property, we had to drive around the block multiple times, and we find out that their entire parking lot is closed due to renovation and the alternatives the sign suggested were also full. Somehow we parked and walked up to the small outlet near the parking lot which is apparently their reception with nobody in there. Finally, we found a number to call and we got in. Not anything like what they advertised, our room was three blocks away from there. Room was in a basement floor; stinky and dusty room with worn out bedding, unclean furniture, bathroom without toilet paper and other toiletries, and toaster with hairs. There was no Wifi; we called & they said it was down and would be available the next day (no it wasn't). When we called to get TP, they asked us to collect it from the front desk which is 3 blocks away. We stepped out the next morning and we got locked out of our own room because they blocked our key card thinking we were supposed to check out then (we weren't). We again had to take the 3 block walk to get that activated. We found many other customers throughout our stay who ended up trapped there just like us. We have have been to over 20 countries and stayed in many properties.This is by far the worst.

This property told me that they had a leak at this hotel when I arrived and that everyone that had booked had to leave the property and that they couldn’t accommodate anyone a room anymore because of this issue. I didn’t get a notification, a call or anything before arriving. I was told to contact someone through the booking site I used which was Expedia and was told someone would reach out to me 24-48 hours. That tint has passed and, I haven’t heard from anyone. This hotel has caused me a lot of unnecessary money. Originally booked and payed for to stay at this hotel and after they told me I couldn’t be accommodated I had to pay for another hotel out of pocket. They ruined my trip and my finances. I will never book with this hotel again and I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Super unprofessional
