Quand nous sommes arrivé dans la chambre un dégât d’eau était entrain de se produire par là fan du plafond, nous avons demandé un changement de chambre et donné nos coordonnées ils avaient toujours une raison pour ne pas nous accommoder, après un certain temps nous avons abandonné. Le comble est que les draps étaient visiblement sales et que nous avons dormi sur le couvre matelas la première nous et nous sommes retournés à la réception pour un set de draps le lendemain soir parce qu’ils ont jamais fait le ménage. Jamais en 4 jours.

Le personnel de l'accueil n'était pas patient, n'y accueillant... Nous ne parlons pas l'anglais parfaitement, alors pour obtenir des renseignements sur exemple, la facturation, le fonctiomnent du nettayage de la chambre, on l'apprenait sur le ta!! Pour ce qui est de la chambre, nous avions tous ce dont on avait besoin... Chedron, poêle, ustencil... Nous n'avons pas eu une journée de nettoyage de la chambre... Jai dû appeler deux fois pour avoir ce service... Les piscines, les rivières etaient bien!! Bon emplacement pour la mer...

Rooms need updating. First room smelled like pee. Second room was better but needed to be updated. Refrigerator had rust on the door, bed was awful. Will not stay there again!

It was nice only thing is when we checked in and got to the room.. our AC Unit was tear off and had to go downstairs for another room. Great service!

Property was nice, ppl were nice, room was clean always had clean towels. Only negitive would be pot smell was horrible, couldnt even set out on deck open door to hear waves!

Photos online did not match what the hotel actually look liked. Very rundown, paint peeling off furniture, off appliances I had pillows on my bed with only one pillowcase. The rest of the pillows were yellowed. Extremely Noisy, The only thing I’ll give a good rating is the assistant manager. He gladly gave me my money back, and I found another hotel to stay in.

The good things first: Great comfortable bed and pillows Nice shower pressure Now the bad: Rooms are supposed to be ready at 4 but our room was not ready till 6:30…was not happy about that at all…and when we finally got in, was not clean, lots of dust. AC temp didn’t go up or down however it was looked at and needed a new unit…Had to sleep with the balcony door open just to have cool air Room had a bad septic smell too it, had to stay cause already paid for Will not stay here again!

My babies had roaches crawling on them. The sheets of the bed have throw up… i mean it’s a mess… we would like a full refund!

At 2:00 Sunday, they were "cleaning our room" per Front Desk, checking back at 2:45 they hadn't seen our room; advertised check-in @4:00 - let us in a little after. Safe was well-positioned but had been ripped out of the wall: housekeeping mgr across the hall "reported" it, but no one knew anything about it till I called Front Desk hours later. Despite the office loc, our non-English- speaking housekeeper could not understand "bathmat"; despite the daily housekeeping charge, they haven't cleaned an occupied room since COVID. They reset their TV's for LG TV; when we called for help to get local, they sent maintenance 3 times all the way to 10:45 PM. The entire afternoon Tuesday, their DJ blasted music from the pool immediately below our room - the racket could not be blocked; that evening, the pool country band was on high volume levels. All in all, not our best stay.

I walked into my room which was dirty, trash on the floor. Bathroom with used towles. I have video. They down graded my room and gave nothig but breakfast vochers. Assistant manager said there was nothing he could do. Normally if things are messed up with the service you get an upgrade but no I went from a King to a Queen make it make sense wont stay there again. Corporate get it together CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T THE SAME ANYMORE PEOPLE PAY FOR GOOD SERVICE. HE ACTUALLY WAS UPSET WITH ME LIKE I DIDN'T PAY MY MONEY.

First room was infested with cockroaches. Called front desk and was moved. Second room was clean and bug free and had a separate living room. Pest control was on site the next day. My stay was quite nice after moving to the second room.

The mattress was fifty. The sheet had a stain on it and the sheers revealed the mattress. The floors were not that clean. Ms. Jackie night supervisor was very accommodating and got us a new mattress. The chair had a terrible stain on it. I have stayed here before but in the Pinnacle Building. I wouldn't recommend the Schooner building at all. The staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious! A lot of staff don't speak English, which could be a problem.

Ryan was one of my cleaning ladies, and she was wonderful - thoughtful, conscientious and proactive. However, my check-in experience was not good at all. I arrived at noon and at 4:00pm, after not hearing from anyone, I went to the front desk. Clerk was not pleasant, and my room faced a parking lot. Last day (around 9:30am) with “do not disturb” sign in door, cleaning lady walked in without knocking. Great place for family fun, but given the cost, room smelt musty and moldy.

Balcony carpet was not clean , it should have been vacuumed. A broom and dustpan would have been very very handy to have in Condo. Filters for coffee machine, we had to buy 200 ,and only used 10. A few hooks in Bathroom to hang clothes. A free one breakfast buffet coupon for weekly rentals.

Nothing unique. 2nd floor room located right on top of latch gate slamming, shuffleboard players smoking and swearing all day and night, balcony opened up onto swim deck so NO privacy, lights blaring in, no cutlery AT ALL. Called front desk but no help. Will, the maintenace man was professional and helpful.Thanks Will!! All in all would not recommend.
