Another great beach week

We have stayed at Dune Our Thing twice now and really enjoy the home and had a great week. The hospitality is wonderful and much appreciated. The home easily accommodated our family. The porch and the pool were enjoyed by all. We would stay there again.

Forever Friends 60th Birthday Trip

What a beautiful home! Nicely decorated and stocked with a lot of kitchen items. The pool and location were exactly what we wanted. We had plenty of room to hang out and also the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and decks were the best. Thank you for providing us the perfect place for our week. We will return.

Dune your thing review

The house was beautiful and very roomy for our party of 9. We had a great time. Some things to note though. There is no bathroom by the pool area. Not sure if that is standard but our last bnb had one which helped so our elderly parents didn’t have to walk up the stairs each time. The pool was not clear, more of a greenish haze and the pool light didn’t work. We couldn’t find any lights around the pool so it was hard to use after sunset. There is a really cool enclosed area near the pool with a pool table but the air conditioning unit is right there and is pretty loud, making it hard to talk. The door knobs kept falling off on the front door and the middle bedroom so we ran to Walmart for a screwdriver and my husband fixed them. The upstairs end bedroom(not the master) has a closet but there’s a code on it which we weren’t given so I didn’t have any place to hang my clothes. The front porch is great for watching the world go by but it is enclosed so it’s extremely hot! Even after removing or opening the windows and using the fans, we were unable to sit out there for long. There are also cameras in the pool area which was unnerving. Not sure if they’re on while guests are there? Or where else they may be. There was a weird ‘motion detector’ type device in the living room which we wondered about. The driveway is only big enough for two SUVs and they need to be parked behind each other which was a pain when family members had to get out in the morning.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Dune our Thing was a perfect location for our family vacation. The house was very spacious and was able to accommodate 13 people without feeling crowded. We had a small issue with the pool but the owner and property manager responded promptly and were very professional. The house is in the perfect location with just a few houses away from the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Vacation

House was wonderful. Everything we expected, well stocked with essentials. Great "gift" of Shari's Berries delivered mid stay, sweet treats for all. Only negative was grill was not clean or usable due to excessive grease build-up. Definitely would re-vacation there. Excellent location and EASY access to clean beach.

We love this place!

This is our second time staying at Dune Our Thing and it has won our family’s hearts! It’s roomy and comfortable. The sun porch is so nice in the morning. Having access to both the beach and pool is our favorite part. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and an easy walk down to the beach, even for our 77 year old mom. The gift of the chocolate covered strawberries is such a lovely and thoughtful touch.

Great vacation rental

We had a great stay at this wonderful vacation rental! Very clean and spacious! Our granddaughters had a great time in the pool and the beach was so close! The screened porch off of the pool area is a wonderful addition and great for meals or getting some shade while by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Celebration

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It is beautiful and had everything we needed for a family vacation. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and everyone enjoyed themselves. There was only one minor hiccup, the grill had an empty tank of gas. Of course we realized it when we went to use it, so ran to the gas station for a new tank. Other than that we had a fabulous time and the house was perfect!

Great Family Stay

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations from the description. Each room was very spacious and clean. It easily was enough room for our family of 7 and could have easily accommodated more. The location of the house was perfect - very short walk to the beach, short car ride for shopping and all other attractions. This was a perfect vacation to end the summer and have our family together.

This is a great house to book your vacation! We enjoyed the private pool and short walk to beach. About 2 mins. My toddlers and 80 year old grandmother had no problem walking back and forth. The house is spacious and the billiard table was a nice bonus. Definitely would stay again!

To much work

When you get there they do not let you in till 4:00 then you have to make all the beds which are 6. You pay all this money for cleaning and they can’t make beds for you. Property company was terrible ,it is all set up to their advantage nothing for the customer. They were not even in the office when you show up. They did not put toilet paper in all the bathrooms and no paper towel. The house was nice but the property company ruins. It. You pay fee to them and Vrbo.

Great Place!

The place was perfect for our family and our friends! We had 12 adults and there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and places to sit and hang out. We also had plenty of room to gather and play cards. A big surprise was that the screened in lanai also had a pool table. We would definitely rent this place again!!

We loved our stay at Dune Our Thing! We were surprised it is SO close to the beach! The kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. We loved having dinner in the screened in area by the pool. Loved our little surprise from the owner as well! :) Will definitely stay here again in the future! Loved it!

This house was very nice. We had a great time in Myrtle Beach and this house was part of the reason. The house was clean, newly updated, well stocked, and a short walk to the beach. We used the enclosed porch much more than we thought we would. The kids really enjoyed the pool table in the covered porch. We had a great week. We would come back to this property.
