We had a nice time overall, largely thanks to the amenities outside of the unit itself. The indoor pools and water slides were a hit with our kids, and the ocean view from the condo was beautiful.Unfortunately, the condo itself was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations. It was lacking several basic kitchen essentials—there was only one spoon in the entire unit, and no cutting boards or oven mitts. The appliances were outdated and not in great working condition. The dining room chair cushions were peeling and flaking, leaving debris everywhere, and overall the unit felt worn, with chipped paint and a general sense of not being well maintained or clean.Additionally, 2 of the 4 TVs were unusable because they did not have remotes, and there was no way to change the channels manually. We contacted management multiple times during our 5-night stay and were told maintenance would come address these issues, but no one ever showed up.While the location and resort amenities were enjoyable, the condition of the condo and lack of follow-through from management made this stay frustrating.
