The property mgmt company was great. The property was not. We had the following issues: the property was not clean, mold in the master bathroom in NUMEROUS places in the closet and in the master bath vanity, missing shelf and door storage compartments in the fridge, missing stopper for kitchen sink, hall bathtub shows damaged paint in the tub, master bath shower doors are off track, when you sit on the sofa, loveseat and chair in the master bdrm you sink because the cushions are worn. The mattress in the master bdrm is too firm. It felt like we were sleeping on a board. Our hip bones and back hurt all week. We complained to the mgmt company about the uncleanliness of the unit. They sent someone over to do a little cleaning shortly after we arrived. Exposure to the mold caused my immune system to react. I began to have post nasal drip, coughing, and sneezing. I asked about the mold issue before our stay. I was very disappointed to see and smell the mold in the unit. We paid too much money to rent that unit which was not up to par! I believe we should be given a partial refund. I also want to mention, the kitchen pots, pans, dishes and utensils were miniscule.
