Iā€™m a senior citizen who works part time in IN. I was born nwar MB and spent most of my childhood summers visiting my grandparents. I still have an aunt and uncle and several cousins who are scattered across SC and as close as half the an hour away. During my semi retirement years I have been able to travel to the area a few times and considering permanent retirement in the vicinity. I still think of it as coming back to my roots. I absolutely loved this place and would love to return next time.

Property was really great. Proximity to the beach is key for us and we could just load a wagon, hop on the elevator, and walk right onto the sandy beach. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our kids. Exercise room was adequate for a place like this. Great stay!

Very nice unit with beachfront view and property amenities. We would give all 5's except for the onsite management's very slow handling of a loud party in a nearby unit continuing after midnight on Friday. After calling them 3 times, the noise finally stopped.

Huge thumbs up for this Myrtle Beach property, stay and manager, Todd B. Will definitely look to re-rent next year and probably for longer stay. All positiveā€™s here with Unit and in particular, manager Todd B. We had some travel issues of our own and arrived late our first night frazzled and a bit lost, and Todd was immediately responsive in giving us direction and guidance. The whole trip and Unit was excellent throughout. Kudos to Todd B. for excellent, professional property management, as well

The condo was beautiful. Loved the view. I wish there was more toilet paper. One roll for 7 days definitely not sufficient. There were plenty of bath towels. Only 3 wash cloths. One lonely dish towel in the kitchen. No dish soap for the dishwasher. One little pod of laundry soap .We were there 7 days I gave you a five star rating for the decor and the view. You get the bare minimum here. I rented a home in Charleston that host was amazing. I wanted for nothing. You name it that home had it. So please consider the amount on time people are staying in this condo and provide the necessary items for a fantastic stay. Olivia W. California

This unit is on the 11th floor with a side view of the beach and ocean. The unit is nicely appointed with updated appliances and the small balcony was wonderful. Check in was a breeze and the property owner was very responsive. The unit is awesome, but the building itself looks a bit neglected. There is an indoor pool, lazy river, hot tub and childrenā€™s splash area on the ground floor of the building that definitely needs some attention. The splash area was roped off with caution tape and the other pools looked dirty. It could just be that the pool floors need dot be painted, but they looked dirty even if they werenā€™t. The outdoor pool was nice, but very small. The indoor pool situation was made up for being right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit to others. If the indoor pools were cleaned and painted, this would be an ideal winter getaway location.

We had a great time. The condo was close to everything we wanted to do and loved being so close to the beach. A couple things while we were there were frustrating... we had a 24 hr period where there was no running water which meant we had to use the hotel lobby bathroom next door all day. The property manager did try to help but there was little he could do. I felt that we should have gotten some money back for that but we did not. Also there was no place within walking distance to eat after 2 pm. The hotel two doors over where we were told we could eat stated they "could not accommodate people staying at the condo." Luckily having a full kitchen helped with that issue. Overall it was an awesome vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves.

We loved our weekend getaway at the condo. Nice high up beach/water view. Pros: clean, everything you need to cook, high level unit (11th floor- there are 12), two TVā€™s, many beds for multiple people if needed, nice chairs on balcony, linens provided, some beach stuff on balcony (we bought two beach chairs to use instead of renting and left them if they stay good for others to use!), has washer and dryer, easy parking with card access, very short walk to beach. Nice and close to the airport too. Cons- which really were minor- It is a view at an angle- (but also allows you to see over other buildings and see the land afar too). If you want direct oceanfront- this one is near a corner- so you have ocean view- but not direct access or views. Need elevator (which is pretty fast). Lastly- and probably most bothersome- the cleaner they used on the floor was strong and still overwhelming when we got there. After the first night the smell was much better. Overall, definitely will update stay again! Thanks!
