The host Julie checked in a few times, she answered my questions. The condo was stunningly beautiful! It was spacious. The decor was all beach themed. It was very clean. Huge ocean view!

This is an amazing space for family and friends. The space was perfect! 4 very comfortable bedrooms including a master with a private full bath. There were a total of 3 bathrooms which made life better. The generous balcony had beautiful sunrise views of the beach. It was clean and very well kept. We received very prompt responses to all of our texts. Could not have been happier. Do not hesitate to book this one.

Loved the view. The amenities at this property was awesome. With 10 people here we definitely cooked our meals. They had plenty of cookware and everything else you need on hand. Unfortunately they left no cabinet for us to out our food in. I also would have liked having a dishrag available to clean dishes with. Had to use a hand towel instead. The rooms were all great and like the pictures. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. I travel with many games because our family really enjoys them. No need here they have plenty of games to play. Most of the ones i had brought with me. The indoor pool was out of commission when we were there but it was not needed. We would definitely come here again.

Stay in Myrtle Beach

We had a great time at this property. The communication form Management was excellent -the accommodations were excellent and elevator service was never an issue. Accessing the TV channels was a little more of an issue but my grands and I found the Lassie Channel which they thoroughly enjoyed during our stay! Would request again ---

Celebrated my Grandmother's 80th Birthday

We choose to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday down in Myrtle Beach :) it was our first time as a family some first time in Myrtle Beach. The location was ideal and the amenities were amazing. Everything you needed all in one spot, poolside bar, private access to beach, pools, hot tub, lazy river and perfect distance to enjoy Myrtle beach attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and more!! Highly recommend, and will be returning ;)

Great Condo!

My family and I (group of 10) thoroughly enjoyed this rental. We had all the comforts of home, the location was central to everything and the resort is well maintained, and offers all the amenities. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Julie communicated with us from arrival through departure. We will definitely be back!

Condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. It was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. It has beach chairs, beach toys, books, and games for vacationers use. The view from the balcony, master bedroom, and living area are fantastic. Easy to check in. Just a short walk to the beach. There is a lot of great amenities. Owner texted to make sure everything was good. Received my deposit back within a week. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic condo.

Fun sisters getaway

We loved the located, right on the beautiful beach. Amenities were spot on. Our favorite was the lazy river. When it came to the condo we noticed the showers were a bit old with a bit of moldy areas. No paper towels or napkins were provided which surprised us since there was a paper towel holder.

Wonderful condo

Higly recommend! We had a family of 8 and had plenty of room. The location and condo were great. We usually try a new condo each year but we really liked this condo and would definitely stay here again. We love the grill and bar, lazy river and it was not overcrowded and the 5th floor was great. Perfect for ocean views and just high enough were you could use the stairs if you wanted and never had to wait for elevator.

Perfect Location

We had the best time at this location. The staff was extremely responsive and attentive. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed another day. The ease of parking in the garage on the same floor as the hotel room was great. The hotel amenities were great. Just be aware that when having a group of people that the max vehicles allowed is four. The keypad was a little tricky because the code was not working at check-in, but as I said the response time was so quick that I was immediately provided another code. They do require you to email them certain information like photos of you holding your license, the license front and back, and you card you used front and back. This will all be sent in an email. I would recommend completing this immediately so that check-in is as smooth as mine was. There was so much room in the place with 7 people that we were just fine and I was even surprised when I saw that there were three full size bathrooms in the condo as well. This place definitely does not disappoint. Me and my friend probably will stay here everytime we come to Myrtle.

Decent Property/Nightmare Property Mgmt

The property: The condo was decent. Mostly clean, bathrooms were a little grimy, dishes not clean, and was a layer of dust on the entertainment center. Beds weren't great, unless you like very soft mattresses. You can hear the springs as you sit on them. Location was about 3 miles north of the sky wheel and the boardwalk, removed from hustle and bustle yet close enough to still enjoy that if we wanted. Property Mgmt: Received a lengthy rental agreement in the days leading up to visit. Failure to sign, would have resulted in cancelation fees detailed in the agreement. Prior to check-in, I had to send photographs of my driver's license, credit card (front and back) and a photo of me holding both. We were sent the code to the door at 4:01 pm. If you ask for early check-in, expect to pay for it. The condo was under construction. The hot water heater does not supply enough for 8 people to shower and takes 12 hours to refill. We complained when noise became unbearable and after hot water failed. The mgmt told us we waited too long to complain. They refused to discuss and insisted on text msg. They were not responsive and just told us to look at the rental agreement. Lastly, they tried to charge me for a non-existent carpet stain. When I called, they got off the phone asap and went back to text. Never found out where stain was or what it looked like. A nice vacation ruined by having to fight with a ridiculous mgmt company. Wonderful stay

Four moms and daughters were in town for a cheer competition and chose this condo for our four night stay. Communication with the host was great, check in instructions were simple and clear. The condo location was great-neither too close to the hustle and bustle yet close to shops and restaurants. We had some time to go to Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlets and both were close to the condo. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and everything looked exactly as the pictures portrayed. The unit was well stocked and not lacking anything we wanted or needed. We liked that the unit was at the end of the hall so it was quiet down our way. The attached parking garage was convenient. However, it's very small/tight within the parking garage so two cars cannot go around corners at the same time. We really loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Relaxation

Our family vacation was amazing from beginning to end. Entering the condo was seamless and when we had a small case of "the missing remote" and texted, the response was quick. The rooms were spacious an accomodating for our family of 6 (no kids - all 19+). The only suggestion I'd have would to be to make the directions for trash removal clearer in email correspondance because the front desk wasn't able to help since the unit is privately owned. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will most definately be back!
