GARBAGE COMPACTOR IS LOCATED ACROSS FROM BUILDING "B". PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH IN THE STAIRWAYS OR HALLWAYS. PLEASE INFORM CLEANING SERVICES TO DISPOSE OF TRASH AT THE COMPACTOR.
MOTORCYCLES/TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY (EXCEPT FOR OWNERS). THEY WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO WARNING.
ALL VEHICLES MUST DISPLAY PARKING PASS WITH UNIT NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DATE THAT IS NOT MORE THAN 30 DAYS OLD. VEHICLES WILL BE GIVEN A WARNING THE FIRST NIGHT NOT IN COMPLIANCE. VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED ON THE SECOND NIGHT, IF NOT IN COMPLIANCE.

OWNERS WILL BE FINED FOR VIOLATIONS.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PEOPLE—BY MYRTLE BEACH ORDINANCE AND OCEAN FOREST VILLAS HOA.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

Please review the following important information before booking to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay:

House Rules
• Primary booking guest must be 25 years old or older
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
• Quiet hours are observed per HOA guidelines
• 2 parking passes are provided; parking is on-site only.
• No motorcycles, golf carts or trailers allowed per HOA rules.

No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.

Routine Pest Control (HOA Requirement)
• Monthly pest control service is performed on the second Thursday of every month
• The HOA requires access to the unit during this scheduled time, and guests must allow the technician to enter the condo to spray
• This service is preventative and essential due to South Carolina’s warm climate, which can attract insects
• Pest control is done for your comfort, the protection of future guests, and the care of the condo

Laundry Use
• A stackable washer and dryer are located inside the unit
• Guests must provide their own laundry detergent
• Please clean the lint trap after every use to ensure proper operation and safety

The condo is on the ground floor, and while there are six steps at the front entrance, there is also a ramp entrance located on the side of the building for easier access.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

We use Happy Guest, a secure, user-friendly guest portal where you can access your rental agreement, check-in details, and a comprehensive local guide with dining options, activities, and recommendations. No app download is required.
