As of 2026, this condo has received several beautiful upgrades. The walls have been freshly painted in warm, welcoming tones, new wallpaper has been installed throughout the space, and the décor has been thoughtfully refreshed by local interior designers. The result is a bright and updated studio that feels both relaxing and polished.



As soon as you step inside, you will notice the open layout that makes the space feel airy and comfortable. Just inside the entryway is the kitchenette, equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker so you can prepare light meals, warm up leftovers, or enjoy a quick cup of coffee before heading out for the day. If dining out is more your style, you will find plenty of restaurants nearby, and food delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are widely available.



The main living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa that easily converts into an extra bed without taking up space during the day. A small end table with a lamp creates a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, while a dresser provides storage for clothing and personal items. A large flat screen TV sits on top so you can relax and keep up with your favorite shows. A compact dining table with seating for two is tucked neatly in the corner, making it the perfect place for breakfast, snacks, or a quiet meal.
