Amazing views, great location, all the amenities

We loved this place so much! We stay at properties through VRBO all the time, but this is one of my favorites. Great location, close to everything. The condo itself has an amazing full ocean view - not partial or side. A great picture window on the side of the beach in the living room with a window seat that adds so much. The primary bedroom has a private balcony that’s perfect. Sunrise does come straight into the living room and primary - and it’s beautiful - but if you like to sleep later it’s fine - nice shades on all of the windows and doors. The condo is furnished very nice - beachy, but homey. All three bedrooms have en-suites. Very nice tiled, remodeled bathrooms - and a great touch - they have stands in the showers to hold toiletries - that’s always a pet peeve when we go on vacay and you have to put your toiletries on the shower floor. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Though too cold for my taste when we visited, the pool area is great with multiple hot tubs, pools and lazy river. We walked through to go to the beach which was perfect for sunrise walks. A game room and exercise room on the ground floor were also nice. Each staff member we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. Text messages were received making sure everything was okay and when I had a question it was promptly answered. Trash chutes on every floor really simplified cleaning We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Very Nice!

The condo was very clean and decorated very nice with a beach theme. The view from the balconies is fantastic. It was easy check in and the Saltwater Grand management company kept us informed every step of the whole process. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Trip Sept 2024

Location and views were great! Kitchen was lacking necessary items to cook, such as pot holders and adequate knives/skillets. Check out seemed rather early compared to a hotel or most other rentals, but the check in/out process was easy… even after an access code issue. We really enjoyed this time with family and the views were great, along with pool and beach access.

Great week!

Beautiful condo, just as pictured. Kitchen was nicely stocked with more than we even needed. The ocean view was beautiful and we were steps from the beach. The pools seemed cold, but felt great in 90° heat. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the floors. Our feet were constantly picking up dirt from them- right after being mopped and even after we swept multiple times. I guess that comes with sand and the beach. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful Place to stay !

My friend & stayed here with our two 16 year old daughters (Best Friends) and two more of their friends. We were celebrating their Sweet 16's with a girls trip. We have nothing but great things to say about it! It was VERY clean, & beuatifully decorated. You cannot beat the view of the beach/ocean. The girls had a great time at the beach / pools/ hot tubs etc. We drove to Broadway at the Beach about 20 minutes away for shopping & restaurants. The hangout was fun for all ! Looking forward to booking another trip here. Thank you for helping make out trip amazing !

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

This ended up being perfect for our family of 5; the property was outside of the super touristy areas and it felt quiet and relaxed. There is a Walmart about 5 minutes away which was great for those last minute items, there are tons of restaurants in the area and this section of the beach is perfect for families. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the sunrise and the sounds/views of the ocean. The only downside was that half of the resort was under construction while we were there so three of the major pools, 5 of the hottubs, and one of the lazy rivers were all closed, and there was a lot of daytime construction noise, but it sounds like all of that is temporary and should be finished by this summer. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent choice

This property is absolutely worth the stay. All our rooms were clean & satisfactory. View amazing. Proximity to beach a blessing. Pools and hot tubs sweetened the deal. Most everyone who worked there were super nice & helpful. Only issues I encountered were the WiFi constantly kicks you off like every few minutes. Free WiFi Is a big thing I look for in a property so I found that aggravating. And there was promised to me a 3rd parking pass to be left in my room but it wasn’t. Tried asking the front desk lady for it. Looked at me like I was crazy and said the hotel doesn’t provide them. That if I booked through vrbo they were the ones who did that. Even tho the email communication I’d had about it was directly with saltwater grande she insisted it was vrbos problem. We eventually figured out how to remedy that and left her on good terms. Other than those 2 hiccups it was a perfect stay!

After the storm

Lovely family vacay, wifi is slow

Enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. The unit was very clean and a good size/layout size for our family (grandparents, nephew, and our 2 kids). The kitchen was adequately stocked. The air conditioning is fine in the living room, but it did struggle to keep the bedrooms cool. The property management is great and communicated well before and during our trip. There was a small repair issue we noticed (one of the balcony chairs was broken), and they immediately sent someone to fix it. Great! The resort amenities for FANTASTIC! Loved the pools and the beach access. However, the internet for the whole resort(which this unit uses) is notoriously slow and many times stopped working. We could not stream movies or even check email on a phone. Wish the owners could invest in their own private wifi and not use the one for the resort. Would still recommend this unit and the resort, just plan on no wifi. Thanks for a lovely stay!
