The Space:

Nestled in a prime spot in Myrtle, this recently refreshed condo is your gateway to serene ocean views and a cozy retreat vibe. With two 50” smart TVs, free wifi, and a pull-out sofa, this space is tailored for both relaxation and entertainment.



Dive into relaxation mode after a day of exploring, lounging on a sofa that feels just like home, all while catching up on your favorite series on a 50-inch 4K smart TV. The no frills kitchen boasts a stove, oven, microwave, and a fridge and is equipped with everything from dishes and cutlery to a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster. Whether it’s breakfast in bed or a cozy dinner for two, this condo has all you need for memorable meal times.



This intimate suite, ideal for up to four guests, features a bedroom sanctuary with a king-size pillowtop bed and another 50-inch 4K smart TV for private viewing. The living room’s sleeper sofa transforms into a queen bed, offering extra sleeping space without sacrificing comfort. Perched on the sixth floor, the condo’s vistas are nothing short of spectacular, painting a perfect backdrop to your stay. Neighborhood Notice: A property just south of Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower has begun construction activity. We don’t control off-site work, and timing can change, but you may hear intermittent noise during normal daytime hours during your stay. We’re sharing this for transparency and to help minimize any inconvenience.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and about 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

SkyWheel Myrtle Beach - 17 minutes walk

Broadway At The Beach - 30 minutes walk

The resort is within driving distance to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, which is approximately 4 miles away.



Other Things to Note:

All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

☑Pool towels will be provided in all of our suites during the season, which runs from April 1 to September 30. During the off-season, you may request pool towels, which will be provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.



❃NON-SMOKING ❃

BoardWalk is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.



Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.



❃NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ❃ Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.



❃POOL BANDS❃ To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are provided for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.



❃NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning fees potentially applying. If you'd like to bring your dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grand are pet-friendly (restrictions apply). Please contact us directly for more information and availability. Emotional support animals are not permitted. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.



❃ROUTINE PEST CONTROL

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-free environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 6 to 14: Pest control will take place on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.



Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.



Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
