Sailors Harbor sleeps 10 across four uniquely themed bedrooms, each one designed to turn "whose room is whose" into the best part of arrival day. Kids beg to sleep in the Pirate Room, with its rope-canopied 10 foot wide bed (2 Queens), ship's wheel, treasure map on the wall, and a cobalt-tiled shower even the rubber duck wears a tiny pirate hat. The Music Room spins real vinyl on a working record player under a pastel seagull mural, no batteries required for a rainy-afternoon dance party. Your kids will be saying this room is mine mine mine! The Heron Room wraps guests in botanical murals and egret prints that carry into the ensuite. The Great Gatsby Room is the showstopper: a gold ceiling that mirrors the wallpaper below it.



On the 2nd floor gather around the indoor fireplace for game night, spread out on the sectional for movie night with blankets and popcorn already accounted for, or set the table under pendant lighting while dinner comes together on the island. There's a gold-legged stool for every kid who wants to help with pancakes. The kitchen is fully stocked: dishwasher, full-size fridge, coffee bar with a pod carousel, blender, and toaster.



Then there's the amenity everyone remembers most: roll up the garage door and reveal a place to play. An air-conditioned glow arcade with Pac-Man, NBA Jam, Fast & Furious, an air hockey table, neon lighting, and two screens for Netflix. Step back outside and the private hot tub is tucked behind a privacy screen with an outdoor shower right beside it, so sandy feet get rinsed before anyone climbs in for a family soak under the stars.
