The unit was very bad in need of repairs/maintenance and smelled strongly of urine in the living room/kitchen area. The furniture and rug in living room need thrown away, so disgusting. There was pieces of ceiling falling off in bedroom as I slept. There is multiple area of the bottom of walls peeling off and damaged. There is a chunk of tile missing in bathroom. The mirrored closet doors have been removed, and there is a one inch rust band left all the way across. Even the lamp in living room is rusted. It’s almost like dogs have peed so much on the stuff, it’s rusted it.
Front desk wil not assist in anyway. They immediately ask your room number, and then say you are not with us, you are with vacasa, go ask them. They are very rude and unwelcoming and treated me like I did something wrong by not booking directly with them.
The coffee shop and restaurant were also both closed for renovations. It would have been ice to have been told about that since it’s advertised as having both.
The main issue I have is Vacasa has not done anything to resolve this. I immediately replied to their check in text with the lack of cleanliness in the unit and maintenance issues. I was told the local team would be in contact and help. I messaged numerous times during my stay, they just respond with the same type of response with no one coming to resolve it. It’s been two weeks now, and still nothing. Living room was covered in hair and not cleaned at all, could not use. Very disappointed.
