This might be long, so if you skip reading the entire review, just know this. Do not stay here! Pick another place. Vacasa is unhelpful and the unit is subpar.
Days 1-3 were spent trying to get someone to fix our shower. We had no water because the shower handle was broken. I called, I messaged, I emailed. I was told at one point that our unit didn't list a shower as an amenity! Ha. I was promised multiple times that the handle would be fixed that day. I specifically asked that they call before entering my room. They did not. Fine, whatever. But, the repairman who came accidentally left the spigot in the shower dripping just a bit, and the water from the showerhead hit the edge of the tub and flooded the bathroom floor.
Vacasa won't let you talk to anyone local. But, a day after the shower was fixed, the local person did call me. Why? To ask if they could show the until to the new owners because the unit had just been sold and the new owners wanted to see it. Oh, and also the new owners had some repair requirements before the sale. So we'd have people coming through the place that I paid for and also several repair people.
All of this is on top of:
• The top blankets were GROSS. There were extra blankets in the closet that were also gross. Stains. Yuck.
• The vent above the stove drips water condensation on your head and the stove top while you are cooking
• The thermostat was stuck at 65 (better than being too hot, but we had littles and 65 is too cold)
