« At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them .

« We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late.

While the room has 2QB can accommodate 4A, the pricing is for 2A + 2C. Currently an extra adult charge is 2440 pesos for a bed and buffet breakfast. I suggest Kamana to review their pricing for extra adult that do not require extra bed charge but only provide charge for breakfast.
