beaucoup de laissez aller
Nous avons subi une suite d'incidents : pas de ménage pour cause de maladie, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, goutte à goutte des robinets du lavabo et de la douche, enfin la chaufferie est tombée en panne à 22.00 et donc coupure totale d'eau. Néanmoins l'hôtel a promis de nous rembourser une nuit par l'intermédiaire hôtel.com.

Bon accueil et personnel fort sympathique
Hötel un peu vieillot, aurait besoin de rénovation, particulièrement dans la salle de bain. Toutefois, rien à redire quant à la propreté et au confort des lits. Excellent service de la part du personnel. Bien situé, accès direct à la mer.

We arrived later than expected and used the self service kiosk. The rooms were very clean and the beds are comfortable. Can hear next to no noise from outside. The little kitchen area is perfect for eating in and has the basics. Staff was very friendly.

HORRIBLE - Dirty, pool closed off with yellow tape, satellite for TV not working, the Deluxe non-smoking room smelled like marijuana, and worst of all Expedia refused to refund our money after discussing all the problems and apparant false avertising for the place. SO DISAPPOINTED!

The location is great! Convenient to restaurants, shops etc. Excellent biking and walking paths. Staff were friendly . Overall, the hotel is very dated. Parking was poor. Room quite small with poor lighting. Bathroom had mold and shower was barely a dribble. I wouldn't recommend nor will we revisit this location on future trips to OBX.

Was lied.to multiple times was told i would have a room with a bathtub and called.the propety directly and they promised it would be then said they were booked up and was not not locally owned and.does not care about guests at all !! Stay away !!

Price was good. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Noisy neighbor that I could hear through the wall until 12:30 AM. Noisy neighbor started yelling again at 7:00 AM. I really think he has mental challenges because he talked loud and angrily non stop. I never heard another voice, and he didn’t stop yelling long enough for anyone to get a word in edgewise. Reported to management.

Right next to the Nags Head Pier, so a great spot for fishermen to stay. Parking is crowded and clustered, and the place is old, so things aren't up to date, but they are well maintained.

Our stay was really good at Colonial Inn in Nags Head. The location was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had all we needed for a great stay.

This was the worst Inn I have ever stayed in from check in to dead bugs on there floors - long hairs left behind in the bathroom - a chair that looked like it came from the 50's and had been urinated on and smelled the same - I had lined the bed room with towels as to not walk on the floor in bare feet - had it been earlier we would have walked out of this Inn and looked down the road for better lodging - I am going to look into a refund!!!!

We heard a baby running from the room above us constantly and throughout the night, music at one point so loud and no live person in office to complain to. No cable even though advertised. Furniture was so outdated and sticky. I will say the best thing was the housekeeping, brought fresh towers and clean environment despite the sticky furniture. Bed was comfy if you could sleep. For the price, it was far too expensive. Avoid the apartments rooms or any rooms with 2nd floor above you and you might get some sleep.

The room was adequate. Check-n is via a kiosk, which I didn’t mind and thought went rather smoothly. However, the TV didn’t work (I later learned it was due to the recent tropical storm) and having nobody at the front desk made me shrug my shoulders and just say whatever. The printed information in the room stated to drop off keys at the front desk upon departure , which I did. At that time a gentleman was sitting behind the desk , but he didn’t say anything you me or acknowledge me. I vacated the rink and was surprised to (hours later ) receive a call from someone at the hotel asking if I had checked out . I told her I had checked our four hours ago and left my keys at the front desk. It just feels as though no one person really cares about your experience there . Which is fine if you know that up front.
