Renter BEWARE - It was horrible - the house is disgusting dirty, there are pee stains all over the carpets - some were still damp when we got the rental. Warning: they do not provide clean blankets because the owner opts out of that service - per the agents from Blue Rentals when I called. Honestly would you put your own family in those beds with dirty blankets - The agent had no answer. - This seems like a Health Violation of some sort. The furniture has stains all over as did the nasty blankets they wanted us to use from the bedrooms. The high hats in the house are hanging off from the ceiling, due to the owner not wanting to correct the wrong size used. so the cheap fix is Velcro which isn't working well - There is an outlet in the middle of the floor in the dinning room/ living room NOT flush to floor No cover - electrical issue and tripping hazard.The back yard looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks, we spent the first 2 hours out there cleaning and weeding so we could enjoy. No outside flood lights and pool light doesn't work. All things we were told the owner is aware of and doesn't want to fix. Broken/ripped front window screens. Rusted lawn chairs. The pool ground skimmer doesn't have the correct cover on it - Beware if you step on it - it becomes a skate board and you will go down on your knees (lovely black and blue is now your new skin color) The owner and agents should be ashamed of what they provide given the cost of the house :(
