If you're searching for an Outer Banks vacation rental with access to both Atlantic ocean & Albemarle Sound, resort-style amenities, and walking distance to shops & eats, Surfivin’ checks every box. Located in the Village of Nags Head, this welcoming home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, multi-level decks, and exclusive access to the Village Beach Club, making it ideal for families who want comfort, convenience, and plenty to do—both on and off the sand.

This house has 2 king-sized beds, 2 bunkbeds (twins over queens). It sleeps 8 adults comfortably.


Upon entering the front door, you will pass the half bath on your way to the Octopus’ Garden (aka main bedroom).


Bedroom 1/ OCTOPUS’ GARDEN:
This spacious, primary suite offers a king-sized bed, 64" Smart TV, attached bathroom with stand-up shower and double sinks, closet with lots of hangers, and a large dresser; a private deck for enjoying your morning coffee, unwinding in the ocean breeze, or evening star gazing. A great sanctuary for rest and relaxation after a full day’s fun in the sun.


Down a few stairs, you will find two more bedrooms: the Sea Turtles’ Layer and Sea Horses’Cove connected by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks.


Bedroom 2/ SEAHORSES’ LAYER:
Offers a king-sized bed, 40" Smart TV, two closets with lots of hangers; a door leading out to a private deck offering a peaceful retreat from a long, wonderful day at the beach.

Bedroom 3/ SEA TURTLES’ COVE:
Offers a comfortable space for anyone seeking a little quiet time after a long beach day. This room offers two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds, bean bag, a closet with lots of hangers, a large dresser, and a 40" Smart TV. This room is sure to be a hit with younger guests. Top bunks are only for children 5 years to 15 years old; top bunks are not for adults.


Top-Level/ COASTAL COMFORT:
The top level is the heart of the home, where everyone can gather together to relax, reconnect, and make memories. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and bright coastal décor create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area is perfect for family movie nights, board games, card tournaments, or simply unwinding while planning the next day's Outer Banks adventures.

Comfortably furnished with a spacious sectional sofa, three cozy armchairs, a large coffee table, and a 64" Smart TV, this welcoming space is designed for both conversation and relaxation. You'll also find a selection of books, games, etc., to enjoy during your stay.


The Kitchen features updated appliances, well-stocked cabinets & drawers, making it easy to prepare delicious meals, gather together, and create meaningful moments and memories. Gather in the dining area which seats 8 comfortably--great for family games or conversations about the day and days to come!

Step outside onto the deck to enjoy grilling burgers and 'dogs and or an evening with friends and family under the OBX stars.


Garage/outside area
The garage houses a ping pong table! Rinse away the salt & sand in the outside shower before heading inside for a relaxing evening.


The Neighborhood
As our guest, you'll enjoy access to two scenic Sound Access Parks, offering the perfect place to relax, play, and experience the beauty of the Outer Banks. Spend your days swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing from the piers, boating, picnicking, or simply unwinding by the water while taking in the peaceful sound-side views.
Both parks feature excellent amenities, including picnic tables, benches, glider swings, kayak and canoe racks, bike racks, and easy walk-in access to the sound. Ample parking is available at both locations, making it convenient to enjoy everything these waterfront parks have to offer.

Guests are registered to use the Village Beach Club upon renting Surfivin’. This oceanfront club in Nags Head offers a true resort-style beach experience. Located directly on the ocean, the club makes it easy to move between the beach and pool throughout the day without ever leaving the shoreline. Guests can enjoy:

*Separate kiddie pool for younger children
*Direct beach access with lifeguard-monitored shoreline area

Surfivin' guests will be provided with a vacation starter kit: a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a few cleaning products. It is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

After just one visit to Surfivin’, it’s clear why guests come back year after year—for easygoing beach days, resort-style comforts, and the laid-back charm of Nags Head.


**High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

**Per HOA regulations and property rules, the primary renter must be at least 23 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be at least 23 years old. Failure to comply with these rules, including exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unauthorized pets, may result in fines, eviction without refund, or other penalties

There are two security cameras to protect you and our property. One in the front of the house facing the stairs and driveway and one in the back of the house that captures the road and the pathway between our house and the neighbor's.
