Excellent hotel for a layover! It felt like an extension of our vacation: great buffet restaurants, lovely staff, great rooftop pool and bar. Our room had a nice balcony. I wish I had time to go to the spa. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Excellent hotel
Excellent stay!! They gave me a late check out, my flight was only at 5pm. They have someone to perform PCR testing on site. The security is excellent. All the stafd that i met were very professionnal and friendly. The room was very clean, absolutly nothing negative to say, i'llbrecommend anytime!

En transit à Nairobi; le Crowne Plaza est idéalement placé à proximité immédiate de l'aéroport JKIA de Nairobi: il faut moins de 5 minutes pour rejoindre le Terminal de départ; l'accueil a été agréable et chaleureux, le personnel est attentionné; belle terrasse en toit pour boire un verre le soir.

Out of way Airport Hotel
Excellent quality airport hotel to stay only for 1 night as too remote. Located in freight zone, it's hard to find and access complicated. Facilities good but no staff at spa even after calling front desk, breakfast outrageously expensive. Rooms full comfort and no plane noise.

The Crowne Plaza is a well presented, upmarket property with excellent, helpful and professional staff. The downside is it is not quite as close to the airport as portrayed, it’s an 10minute or so bus ride, and the surrounding area is very run down with no amenities.

The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!

I spent several days at the hotel. Words cannot express how impressed I was. There is a shuttle that runs hourly from the airport to the hotel. For a small fee they also offer private shuttles to the airport should you miss the hourly shuttle . The hotel was very safe and secure. There is security in the front checking vehicles that come in. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The best thing was the staff. :) Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't stay in the rooms at the front of the hotel. There is a logistics yard across the road with trucks/forklifts working 24/7. The beeping is endless!!
