„Pros: bus stop directly across the street was a huge plus and it is free through 2025. Renovation of basement (and it was bright inspite of lower level location) done very well and decor was locally specific which we loved! Lots of books, comfy beds, hot water in the shower even with three people taking showers in a row. TV worked flawlessly. Temps in unit were perfect throughout the stay. Plenty of blankets for the beds. Cons: a bit musty yet owners did well to have a dehumidifier in the unit. ...

„The apartment is for the most part as advertised; cute and generally well located between town and beach. However, the parking is a problem as they share it with a bike shop. Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. “

„Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! “

„My husband, dog and I loved our stay at Alesia’s property! The location was great, Alesia was very responsive and professional, and the space was clean and welcoming. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on Nantucket. “

„The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. It is set back from the main roads, on a long gravel road, and not near any bus stops, so I would recommend renting an SUV. Ubers had an hard time finding the place. The studio contained everything that I wanted to have a comfortable stay there. The hosts provided detailed and accurate information about the studio and the checkin and checkout process.
