Property was aesthetically pleasing, but had some flaws. Unfortunately upon arrival there was no service to pick you up from Ferry. So plan to take a taxi or walk with your luggage to the property. Although provide rental services like bikes and beach chairs, there was limited rental availability. We ended up purchasing our own bikes at a local store.
Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The electricity in our room also kept going in and out. When cleaning your room they just make the bed, they don’t get any cups, glasses from the bar, etc.
Overall.. when you look past the aesthetics this place is great for a place for families with kids. My wife and I did enjoy our stay, but left feeling there may be far better places to stay for a luxury getaway in Nantucket.
